"Political Content" Dead On Threads & Instagram, US Gov. Interest Out Of Control, UK + Japan Enter Recession - Read, Share, & Subscribe - SherlocExposes.com
Issues with critters? Sick of using things that can easily make you sick or kill you?
Dr. Killigan’s is THE all-natural solution. Check out what a customer had to say about their “Six Feet Under” non-toxic insect spray:
I bought this to get rid of the ants that built a nest in my flagstone patio and sidewalk. I have granddaughters and pets, and I didn't want to use chemicals that could make them sick if they were exposed. I've used other natural pesticides in the past with mild success but this stuff definitely does the trick! I've only had to spray one time over a month ago...still no sign of the ants returning. 10/10, will be purchasing more.”

“It’s an important question that Meta has conspicuously left unanswered, despite the Mark Zuckerberg-led social giant vowing last week to clamp down on the topic across both Instagram and Threads — an extraordinary move that will have far-reaching and significant consequences for the public discourse.
In a series of posts announcing the policy, Adam Mosseri, the Meta executive who oversees both Instagram and Threads, said the company does not want to ‘proactively amplify political content from accounts you don’t follow.’ Mosseri said that the platforms will still show users content from the accounts they have chosen to follow but added that the company will ‘avoid recommending political content’ to the broader masses.
‘Our goal is to preserve the ability for people to choose to interact with political content while respecting each person’s appetite for it,’ Mosseri explained.
And while some initially viewed the decision to reduce political content as positive, potentially reducing the platform’s ability to algorithmically recommend bogus or inflammatory content and sending users down dark rabbit holes, it quickly raised alarm among many who questioned the scope and rationale in the run-up to a high-stakes election.
‘The fact that there is no definition is concerning,’ Judd Legum, who writes the independent Popular Information newsletter and frequently posts his reporting on the platform, told me Wednesday.”
THINGS TO PONDER:
It’s never good when you don’t know what “it” actually is…
Because it allows those who tell you that to do whatever they want, and then move the goalposts when it meets their needs.
The bigger issue with Zuckerberg is we already know where he sits politically and what he’s capable of doing…
And it’s NOT unbiased.
So, it’s not that you won’t see content that you don’t want… it’s that you’ll see what HE wants you to see.

“Treasury yields have sprung to multiyear highs, forcing the U.S. government to pay a lot more in interest and putting pressure on the budget.
The U.S. government is expected to pay an additional $1.1 trillion in interest over the coming decade, according to the Congressional Budget Office’s latest estimates. Interest costs are on pace to surpass defense this year as one of the largest government expenses in the budget. Only Social Security and Medicare are forecast to be bigger burdens in the coming years.
The increase revives longstanding Wall Street worries that the yearslong acceleration in government borrowing by both political parties will eventually weigh on economic growth and asset prices.
Investors now assume the U.S. government will run a permanently larger deficit than it has in the past, eventually putting pressure on the economy and financial markets. As Campbell Harvey, director of research at Research Affiliates and a professor at Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business, put it: ‘The debt will become a problem, but it’s very hard to know exactly when.’”
THINGS TO PONDER:
If the fact that YOU will be paying pretty much everything you have to the government sooner or later isn’t enough for you, think about this:
According to economist and author Kevin Freeman, all of the revenue that the US government brings in from taxes is $2.4 trillion… what happens when the debt exceeds that number?
That’s the right question.
The fact that a statement like this is actually in a major news publication is an insult to every American citizen:
‘The debt will become a problem, but it’s very hard to know exactly when.’”
IT’S ALREADY A PROBLEM… ONE THAT’S GOING TO DESTROY PEOPLE’S WEALTH.
While others may make a living off of lying to you, we won’t.

“The UK economy fell into recession at the end of last year as hard-pressed households cut back on spending amid the cost of living crisis, in a heavy blow to Rishi Sunak’s promise to kickstart growth.
The Office for National Statistics said gross domestic product (GDP) fell by a larger than expected 0.3% in the three months to December after a decline in all main sectors of the economy and collapse in retail sales in the run-up to Christmas.
It followed a drop of 0.1% in the third quarter, confirming a second consecutive quarter of falling national output – the technical definition of a recession.
Official confirmation of a recession will embarrass the prime minister before a general election expected this year, having made growing the economy one of his five flagship priorities for government.
The ONS said growth over the course of 2023 as a whole was estimated at 0.1%, the weakest year since 2009 during the financial crisis, excluding the economic collapse in 2020 during the Covid pandemic.
Highlighting a deep economic malaise as households come under pressure from soaraway prices and higher borrowing costs, official figures show economic growth per head of the population shrank for seven consecutive quarters, the worst performance since modern records began in 1955.
The director of economic statistics at the ONS, Liz McKeown, said: ‘Our initial estimate shows the UK economy contracted in the fourth quarter of 2023. While it has now shrunk for two consecutive quarters, across 2023 as a whole the economy has been broadly flat. All the main sectors fell on the quarter, with manufacturing, construction and wholesale being the biggest drags on growth, partially offset by increases in hotels and rentals of vehicles and machinery’.”
THINGS TO PONDER:
The issue isn’t just in the US… when we sneeze, the world gets a cold.
But hey, at least the UK knows what a recession is…
This news about the UK followed this news about Japan:
So much for the “great economy” right?
