Record Number Can't Afford Rent, Yellen: "High Prices Here To Stay," EU Farmers Get A Win - Read, Share, & Subscribe - SherlocExposes.com
Issues with critters? Sick of using things that can easily make you sick or kill you?
Dr. Killigan’s is THE all-natural solution. Check out what a customer had to say about their “Six Feet Under” non-toxic insect spray:
“I bought this to get rid of the ants that built a nest in my flagstone patio and sidewalk. I have granddaughters and pets, and I didn't want to use chemicals that could make them sick if they were exposed. I've used other natural pesticides in the past with mild success but this stuff definitely does the trick! I've only had to spray one time over a month ago...still no sign of the ants returning. 10/10, will be purchasing more.”

“Single mom Caitlyn Colbert watched as rent for her two-bedroom apartment doubled, then tripled and then quadrupled over a decade in Denver — from $750 to $3,374 last year.
Every month, like millions of Americans, Colbert juggled her costs. Pay rent or swim team fees for one of her three kids. Rent or school supplies. Rent or groceries. Colbert, a social worker who helps people stay financially afloat, would often arrive home to notices giving her 30 days to pay rent and a late fee or face eviction.
‘Every month you just gotta budget and then you still fall short,’ she said, adding what became a monthly refrain: ‘Well, this month at least we have $13 left.’
Millions of Americans, especially people of color, are facing those same, painful decisions as a record number struggle with unaffordable rent increases, a crisis fueled by rising prices from inflation, a shortage of affordable housing and the end of pandemic relief.
The latest data from the Harvard Joint Center for Housing Studies, released in January, found that a record high 22.4 million renter households — or half of renters nationwide — were spending more than 30% of their income on rent in 2022. The number of affordable units — with rents under $600 — also dropped to 7.2 million that year, 2.1 million fewer than a decade earlier.”
THINGS TO PONDER:
That “great economy” keeps on claiming victims…
Let’s be clear though: this affects everyone, regardless of color, sex, or location…
Some people just hide it better than others.
But we’re getting to the point where even those who are doing well are having to stretch to keep up…
This begs the question: If things are so good, why are things so expensive that people can’t afford to live?
That’s the right question.

“Inflation is coming down faster than most economists expected, but Americans hoping for a widespread drop in prices may be disappointed, according to Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen.
While testifying before the Senate Banking Committee on Thursday, Yellen admitted that prices for most items are unlikely to return to where they were before the inflation crisis began in 2021.
‘I don't expect the level of prices to go down. Some prices will be higher than they were before the pandemic, and will stay higher,’ Yellen said during a contentious exchange with Sen. John Kennedy, R-La. ‘But wages have risen considerably, and the pace of price increases has now receded over the past six months.’
Prices for everything including groceries, new cars and health insurance surged in 2021 and 2022 as the result of rampant inflation, which was caused by pandemic-induced disruptions in the global supply chain, an extremely tight labor market and increased consumer demand fueled in part by stimulus cash.
‘We don't have to get the prices down, because wages are going up,’ she said, noting that the median worker in the U.S. can buy the same basket of goods as they did in 2019 with $1,400 leftover. ‘So Americans, on average, are better off in spite of the fact that the level of prices is higher.’”
THINGS TO PONDER:
What Janet Yellen is actually saying: “Things are so good that prices don’t need to come down because you’re making more money!”
So much so in fact, that credit card debt is at record highs, 60+% of the population is living paycheck to paycheck, and people can’t afford to pay their rent…
There’s a game of musical chairs happening… and there’s no seat (or a plan for one) for you…
Ever.
This is also part of the reason that the UN is saying we are entering an “Age of Chaos,” and you continue to be hit with multiple crises at the same time…
You’re being distracted and worn down at the same time.
What what they SAY and what they DO.

“The so-called Sustainable Use Regulation (SUR) was first tabled in June 2022 with the ambitious goal of slashing by half the use of pesticides by 2030. It also envisioned the total prohibition of these products in sensitive areas, such as urban green spaces and Natura 2000 sites, and promoted the uptake of low-risk alternatives.
Chemical pesticides employed to maintain crop yields are considered a major source of pollution and have been linked to biodiversity loss, poor-quality water, degraded soils, pest resistance and chronic illnesses.
SUR proved divisive from its inception and became the object of fierce lobbying from the agricultural sector. Last year, it was rejected by the European Parliament with 299 votes in favour, 207 against and 121 abstentions, and is currently stuck in political negotiations among member states, signalling a very low appetite to push it over the finish line.
‘The Commission proposed SUR, with the worthy aim to reduce the risks of chemical plant protection products,’ von der Leyen said on Tuesday, speaking before the European Parliament in Strasbourg.
‘But the SUR proposal has become a symbol of polarisation. It has been rejected by the European Parliament. There is no progress anymore in the Council either. That is why I will propose to the College to withdraw this proposal.’”

Man, farmers in Europe know how to get things done…
After weeks of leaving their “feelings” on the front steps of the government, and protesting in masse, they reminded public servants who is actually in charge…
People in the US should take notes.
Those that don’t have your best interests front and center will continue to sell you out… until you get in their face and make it known that those types of things simply won’t fly…
That’s what the farmers did… mission accomplished.
Remember, the fight is won with ACTION.
