In the rapidly evolving landscape of the 21st century where the currents of change often erode the bedrock of our societal values, the call for patriotic activism rings out with renewed urgency.
"Empowered 2 ACT: Maintaining The Pillars of Patriotism," is not merely a response to this call—it is a clarion call of its own, a manifesto for those who stand on the front lines in defense of liberty, tradition, and the enduring principles that constitute the foundation of our society.

“Gas station chain Sheetz has been sued for conducting criminal background checks on its job applicants.
The lawsuit was filed by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and lists Sheetz, Inc.; Sheetz Distribution Services, LLC; and CLI Transport, LP as the defendants. The EEOC says that Sheetz has disproportionately screened out black, Native American, Alaska Native, and multiracial applicants from its hiring process due to the chain not hiring applicants with criminal conviction records.
‘Federal law mandates that employment practices causing a disparate impact because of race or other protected classifications must be shown by the employer to be necessary to ensure the safe and efficient performance of the particular jobs at issue,’ EEOC Regional Attorney Debra M. Lawrence said. ‘Even when such necessity is proven, the practice remains unlawful if there is an alternative practice available that is comparably effective in achieving the employer’s goals but causes less discriminatory effect.’
EEOC’s lawsuit specifically claims that Sheetz is violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. However, the lawsuit does not allege that the gas station chain was motivated by race when making its hiring decisions.
This new lawsuit was filed on Thursday, just a day after President Joe Biden made a stop at one of Sheetz’s locations in Pittsburgh. Biden had been in the Keystone State to campaign in several major cities for his 2024 reelection run.”
THINGS TO PONDER:
It appears that you can break the law and not break the law at the same time… at least according to the EEOC…
Yes, this is ridiculous… but there’s a nasty subtext here:
US government agencies are basically telling you they will use lawfare whenever and however it might benefit their ends…
Even if it means a ridiculous lawsuit that you’ll have to pay to defend yourself against and will likely bankrupt you.
And to understand this, you must understand how your enemy works. Re-read this paragraph:
EEOC’s lawsuit specifically claims that Sheetz is violating Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, which prohibits employment discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex, and national origin. However, the lawsuit does not allege that the gas station chain was motivated by race when making its hiring decisions.
So… they discriminated on race, but they didn’t discriminate on race…

“President Biden has formally proposed the highest top capital gains tax in over 100 years.
Here is a direct quote from the Biden 2025 budget proposal: ‘Together, the proposals would increase the top marginal rate on long-term capital gains and qualified dividends to 44.6 percent.’
Yes, you read that correctly: A Biden top capital gains and dividends tax rate of 44.6%.
Under the Biden proposal, the combined federal-state capital gains tax exceeds 50% in many states. California will face a combined federal-state rate of 59%, New Jersey 55.3%, Oregon at 54.5%, Minnesota at 54.4%, and New York state at 53.4%.
Worse, capital gains are not indexed to inflation. So Americans already get stuck paying tax on some “gains” that are not real. Biden’s high inflation makes this especially painful.
Capital gains taxes are often a form of double taxation. When capital gains come from stocks, stock mutual funds, or stock ETFs, the capital gains tax is a cascaded second layer of tax on top of the current federal corporate income tax of 21%. (Biden has also proposed a corporate income tax hike to 28%.)”
THINGS TO PONDER:
Just when you thought that you couldn’t be taxed anymore…
The Biden Administration exceeds expectations!
Before you listen to your friends who say “This is only for the rich,” remember your retirement accounts…
Those have capital gains too…
And heaven forbid that your portfolio actually does well…
You’ll be giving half of it to Uncle Sugar under this proposal!
Remember this when you vote in elections this year… your future depends on it.

“FBI Director Christopher Wray has warned of the heightened possibility of a coordinated terror attack in the US.
Wray told NBC News the FBI is 'increasingly concerned [about] the potential for some kind of coordinated attack here in the homeland.'
Explaining that such an event 'may be not that different from what you saw against the concert hall in Russia a few weeks ago from ISIS-K.'
The attack on a Moscow concert hall on March 22 killed at least 144 people, making it the deadliest terror attack in Russia for 20 years.
Wray has previously raised concerns over the elevated terror threat, telling a House of Representatives panel earlier this month that the current terror threat is the highest he can remember in his career.
'As I look back over my career in law enforcement, I would be hard-pressed to think of a time where so many threats to our public safety and national security were so elevated all at once,' he told the panel.
The FBI had 4,000 international terrorism investigations open at the end of the 2023 fiscal year, according to Wray's testimony.
