Get the new e-book from Ripped From The Headlines publishers RC Williams & Julianna Ormond, entitled “Empowered 2 ACT: Maintaining The Pillars Of Patriotism.”
In the rapidly evolving landscape of the 21st century where the currents of change often erode the bedrock of our societal values, the call for patriotic activism rings out with renewed urgency.
"Empowered 2 ACT: Maintaining The Pillars of Patriotism," is not merely a response to this call—it is a clarion call of its own, a manifesto for those who stand on the front lines in defense of liberty, tradition, and the enduring principles that constitute the foundation of our society.
Florida’s Strange Fruit, Part 2: SOE’s Gone Wild
Last year, Ripped From The Headlines covered the contrasts between the actions of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, focused on Senate Bill 7050, which ran contrary to much of the work that he had done - with help from grassroots conservatives - that moved the needle significantly for Florida residents.

Now, we take a look at a different strange fruit… from some Supervisors of Elections in the state, including Seminole County SEO Chris Anderson.

What exactly does a “Supervisor of Elections” do?
Supervisors of Elections in Florida play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, transparency, and efficiency of the electoral process. Their primary responsibilities include:
Voter Registration: Overseeing the registration of voters and maintaining accurate voter registration records.
Election Preparation: Preparing for elections, which includes organizing polling places, ensuring voting equipment is functional, and coordinating with election workers.
Ballot Management: Designing, printing, and distributing ballots to ensure they comply with state laws and regulations.
Early Voting and Absentee Voting: Managing early voting sites and the distribution and collection of absentee ballots.
Training Poll Workers: Recruiting, training, and managing poll workers to ensure they understand their duties and can assist voters properly.
Public Information: Providing information to the public about elections, including how to register to vote, where to vote, and what to expect at the polls.
Election Day Operations: Overseeing the conduct of elections on Election Day, resolving issues that arise, and ensuring a smooth voting process.
Vote Counting and Certification: Supervising the counting of votes, ensuring accuracy, and certifying election results.
Compliance and Reporting: Ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local election laws and reporting election results and related data to the appropriate authorities.
Voter Education: Conducting voter education campaigns to inform the public about the electoral process, their voting rights, and how to participate in elections.
Now that you have an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of SOEs, Ripped From The Headlines can share a video from the City of Oviedo Commissioners Meeting on June 3rd, 2024.
In this video, Ovideo Mayor Megan Sladeck states that Seminole County Supervisor of Elections, Chris Anderson, “Deprived Oviedo residents of the right to vote in November 2022, by failing to put our economic incentive referendum on the ballot, he essentially voted no on behalf of every resident of Oviedo in November 2022, taking away the citizen's right to self-determination for an entire year. That was wrong, and putting it on the ballot in November 2023 did not make it right.”
Sladeck’s comments and letter are part of a recent trend of interesting behavior from Anderson, including an interaction our publishers had with him at a meeting in February 2022… in which he first stated that voting machines were not connected to the internet, and then said that they were.

This is a disturbing trend happening with some of Florida’s Supervisors of Elections, which has led to questions about who - or what - they are actually working for.
Technology and voting integrity specialist Kris Jurski has been covering the issues related to numerous FL Supervisors of Elections and has shown just how deep the rabbit hole goes.
In his recent piece, Save Taxpayer Money + Secure Elections?? Jurski shared the following:
But it’s a good thing Leon County’s Supervisor of Election, Mark Early is married to Stacey Early who heads the elections division of Cathedral Printing in Orlando. Catherdral, a New York-based company whose CEO was a monthly contributor to ACT BLUE, purchased Fidlar Elections in 2017. Do you think Earley gets us all a FAMILY DISCOUNT on the 2/3 of the state’s mail-in ballots that are printed at Cathedral?
You would think when Mark Early was president of the Florida Supervisors of Election, Inc. he would be promoting best practices on dealing with bulk mail since his wife is a long-time expert on the topic. I would have no problem with nepotism if she were training other countries on these best practices because large printers are typically experts on them.
Jurski also shared information on Florida Supervisors of Elections, Inc. - a Non-Governmental Organization (NGO) - that’s equally disturbing:
